What religion would you say this is..?

Well, I know some1 who believes only in reincarnation. But he isn't sure what religion he would be. He calls himself Catholic, because he has no idea what he really is. He believes that people never die and continue to reincarnate. He is not a buddhist or hindu, because he doesn't believe in the hindu gods or anything to do with their "heavens". Is there a name for this? Thankyou.
