Do you know anyone that receives child support money that actually spends it on the child?

I just noticed that everyone I know who gets it seems to spend it on themselves. Like my boyfriends mom who didn't buy him clothes or anything when she was getting child support money and his dad gave her over $14,000 to save for him for college and she blew all of the child support money, the money for him for college, and a lot of other money she got from marrying someone who was dying and now constantly complains about being poor. One of my friends mom's also misuses her child support money and even took her ex to court to try to get his christmas bonus for herself even though he was using all of it on his kid. My mom uses her child support money on ordering pizza and getting dunkin donuts every day. And it seems like the same people doing that also abuse government programs. Like my boyfriends mom and her boyfriend are sitting around all day collecting unemployment for over 6 months with no intention of finding jobs. My aunt and uncle are also doing the sit on your *ss til unemployment runs out thing (they don't get child support or even have children but I thought I'd mention that). My mom gets food stamps, housing istance, disability, child support, and now wants me to get wic, which I don't need, so she can get more free things. I told her I was going off wic and she used the vouchers without even asking. I wouldn't put it past her to go to wic appointments without my permission and get more vouchers.. She even wants to talk my dad into giving her $50 a month after he's done paying child support in a few weeks because she "needs it for bills" which her parents pay most of. My cousins, who all have jobs, managed to get all of their kids on wic. One of my cousins is married to a guy that owns 4 subways and still managed to get on wic! The list of people doing this stuff just goes on and on and all of this stuff got me thinking, does anyone actually know anyone who isn't abusing child support or government programs? It seems like everyone I know who gets that stuff is I hope there's at least some people out there that are using that stuff properly.
