Dog screams and cries for no apparent reason.?

I have a 6 year old BSD/GSD cross, which I have had from a puppy. For last 4 years she will scream and cry when I do the simplest of things, such as remove her collar after before or during a walk, and I have tried all manner of collars, also she misinterprets movements and again will scream and cry altho not threatened. Anyone had this problem?
