Why do many Catholic priests get accused of molesting/raping boys?

I mean. I have yet to find an answer to this. What I'm asking is, WHAT sort of situation entices the priests to go after the little boys? I don't understand this. It seems many, many priests are getting accused of such awful crimes. What routine is making them so this; to tempt them to do it? This is such an obvious question, it is just very difficult to word. Would love to know your thoughts on the matter, soley for the sake of curiosity!
