Umbilical hernia, different symtpoms?

I got an umbilical hernia this last january when i was 5 months pregnant with my daughter. i needed emergency surgery because it was incarcerated, but they didnt put mesh over it becasue of the fact that i was pregnant and still getting bigger, there was a high chance of it breaking back through and the mesh would have made it reallu painful if it broke through. well the syptoms i had with the first one were severe pain and couldnt have a bowel movement. i am not longer pregnant )gave birth 4 months ago) and the hernia is back. it broke back through at the end of my pregnancy but i thought it went away because i couldnt see it and it didnt hurt. well i just started back at work and my job is very physically demanding and the hernia broke through. but this time -so far- im not in a lot of pain at all but always feel sick. im nauseas,dont have an appetite and have diahhreah.totally different tham last time. my question is could those syptoms be becuase of the hernia? what should i do? thanks!
