How can I prevent embarring THO?

For anyone who doesn't know THO stands for titty hard on. I don't like to wear bras because the're uncomfortable, besides I have small perky B cups so I don't really need them. The only problem is that I have really pointy that stick out alot when there hard. Sometimes they get hard for no reason even when its warm. Its embarring when I'm wearing a tight clingy or thin shirt because they poke out so much. Its so bad that even my dad suggested that I should wear a bra, but I really don't want to. There normally not that bad except for when I get THO and I can't seem to control when I get it or not. Is there anything I can do to keep my from sticking out all the time? Besides wearing a bra or thick baggy shirts?
