This business came up a few days ago in another question here. I send them $900 thru Moneygram this morning to some stranger in Canada. Then i came here and found all this information that it's probably a scam. I was lucky enough to contact Moneygram quickly and was able to cancel that transaction. I was supposed to have my loan money ($5000) tomorrow morning (Saturday) but I rather play it safe. Has anyone actually gotten money from them? has anyone actually received their loan? from everything I've read it is illegal in the US to put money up front for an unsecured loan.

OMG... I know this one!! Baby Blues BBQ in Venice, located on lincoln just south of Rose in the east side of the street. It's a small little joint that you can smell blocks down the street. They are ALWAYS packed, especially on Tuesday which I think is still Texas Tuesday (Texas style beef ribs, which they usually run out of) Aside from that, their menu is ALL about MEMPHIS!!! Every thing is good, and their sides are the best. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. They are a bit on the pricey side, but SOOO worth it! Why is it so hard for me to be happy for her?

my grandma, rosemary ped away in june/july 2006 it was sudden and sad, she lived in florida with the rest of my dads side of the family so that is where the funeral was, we drove there from ky she died 1 or 2 days before or after my dads b-day and her funeral was on my b-day 7/3 i still can't believe that happened to such a great woman, i believe that all people go to heaven when they die , i also believe in god, now i know for sure that someone who loves me is watching over me now, my mom and dad tell me that she is most likely to be happier and shes in a much better place but i find it hard to believe i always thought that she was the happiest woman when she was with the family? i thought that miserable sick people died happy? so why can't i believe that she was happy to be going so soon?

That's what I exactly feel.........everytime they lose their invincibility is brought under question and that's what is playing in their minds.....its like they are denied permission to lose, to be human,....I think if they come to terms with the fact that they are indeed NOT invincible and need not be invincible and enough to play good , they would play much better....its that psychological adjustment required....there is anxiety because they will be evaluated critically if they lose...they might have handled it for a good period of years because at that time they never would have thought of domination(although they would have wanted to win every game) but now it seems to be disturbing them....what do you say?

I was on msn and then it just signed me out, telling me someone had logged it. I tryed logging back it but it said my pword was incorrect so i made a new addy and added my friends who then told me a hacker was on my accont. We did a three way convo with the hacker and it turns out the hacker knows me and was saying all this really horrible stuff to my bf and to my friends.. i asked why the hacker had done it and he/she said it was because i needed to be punished... i'm really upset as i have so much private message logs and emails on that accont and i REALLY don;t want that information to be shared with others... Could anyone please tell me what i should do? Does anyone know what number to call to get my account cancelled? Any help would be much appricated.. thanks.

For Texas schools only, can a private school legally withhold student records for students transferring to public school? If the school did not state such a policy in their enrollment contract and the family has attempted to create a repayment plan without resolution, what are the options?

well because you only want certain variations of these disciplines, i think you should get the names of the instructors and google them, see what work they've done. that could help you narrow it down. and there is nothing wrong wtih only liking a certain kind of discipline (i only like martha graham modern technique, i hate horton!) but a thought i have is that if you take contemp. it feeds right into lyrical, modern, jazz and it might tempt you to take the others. if you take hip hop its far off from other disciplines, not much of a relation. and contemp is more seroius than hip hop in my opinion, and maybe in yours too. like you may feel bad if you are in a cl with liek serious dancers taking all these cles and then your like crap i wish i could go back to the way it was. just take this year as a year for fun. i think you should do hip hop! the economy sucks ]: believe me i had struggle paying for cles this year two. good luck! xx

My father fell on his right knee at an Auto Parts store.?

About 3 weeks ago My father was at a O'Reilly Auto Parts where he slipped and fell from due an object which was on the floor. He witnessed the clerk laughing but he did not file a complaint. My father left the store but later returned because he began feeling a lot of pain a swelling to his knee and filed a complaint. Today we received a letter by the Claim Representative saying that they have completed an investigation into my dad’s claim but after careful review of their investigation, they must respectfully deny any payment on my dad’s Claim. My dad’s have been feeling a lot of pain to his knee and is thinking of going to a doctor to get it checked. He can’t afford spending money on a Doctor in the US so he is planning on going to Tijuana, Mexico. What should we do?

After school, I waited for my dad to pick me up. I always wait for him at this one street so I crossed from the street in front of my school to get to the other side. There are cars coming both ways, and once it was clear, I was crossed. All of a sudden, this truck sped by almost hitting me and honked at me at least 4 times a little while before I reached the pavement. I got scared but got out of his way and nearly fell. I looked back to get a glimpse and I think he was a young adult but wasn't mad. I thought pedestrians had the right of way? I won't start driving yet but I'm pretty sure it's just common sense to let somebody cross the street, right? Was he just impatient or am I not allowed to cross where there's a crosswalk? I know it's not a big deal, but I had a REALLY bad day at school, and that incident seemed to just sum it up as even worse.
