Ignition/ starting prolem, need help?

I have a 1983 jeep scrambler that has been sitting for 15 years due to problems with the carburator. For some reason now I cant get it to turn over. It will crank but it just wont start. I replaced the starter, solenoid, distributor cap, igintion module and startor coil as well as all the spark plugs and the plugs they connect to. It seem to be getting spark but im not sure i think it has something to do with the carburator. If you can give me any idea as to why it wont turn over and run it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
