Did all cultures and civilization always have religion?

So I've heard that all people have at some point had religious or spiritual beliefs.From Europe to the Americas,Africa,Asia, and so on.But have there ever been indigenous groups or Civilizations that have always been secular and or skeptical of the supernatural ?I would appreciate if NON religious people answered this question too.Not just religious people.
