Pregnant & spots on my back!!!?

I had the most awful spots on my back when i was pregnant!! No where else just my back! My husband thoroughly enjoyed telling me when a new one erupted! After my daughter was born they gradually disappeared. I am afraid it is just one of the not so nice side affects of pregnancy, and nothing i did made the slightest difference, sorry!
