My keyboard is eff'd up.?

Ok so on some of my keys there is littl blue characters, well i dont know what happened but if i want a question mark i have to press shift and the number 6 because the blue characters are the ons showing up. if that makes any sense, does anyone know how to take it off and make it go back to normal?
