Mitusbishi magna wont start is a 1998 tf model car just clicks when you turn key all ignition lights work ?

car clicks when you turn key and you can hear the fuel injection going then when you turn key back off it makes a click sound quickly is this the starter motor? I only had it recondtioned over 1 year ago it couldnt go again surly not could it?
