Is it okay to wear a sleeveless dress during a Catholic m?

I was thinking if I am allowed to wear it during a Catholic m. My dress looks pretty much decent because it doesn't have a plunging neckline and it reaches my knees. My dress looks like a tube dress with shoulder straps.
