I found a dead lizard or gecko in my bag, threw it out together with the bag but cannot get rid of the flies?

Are the flies really maggots from the dead gecko? I have tried spraying bug spray but they are still here. Will opening a window help. Does anyone know how to get rid of these orange tiny flies?
