Having Problems at my beauty school advice needed 10 points for best answer?

So I go to this private beauty school in California and I have been there since feburary 2010. I also recently returned from a leave of absence. The problem is the new teachers! I'm not sure how to handle this situation! I feel favoritism coming from my African American instructor she's always picking on me or just plainly on her phonr instead of helping me out on ignments or clients ! I sometimes have to ask a different instructor which that intructor is a younger African American called me a H O E randomly one day I'm confused I'm not sure what to do I am going to complain to the director but what If she tells them that I told her?! They ate always gossiping or on their phones or not paying attention! By the way I'm paying $10,000 to be in this school!
