Flirting is considered ethically wrong in Hinduism? But our Gods ? R they exempted?

Take for example Mr.Krishna of Dwapar Yug was flirting around and the list will go on and on if u go through our religious and mythological stories . When it was okie for the gods why its not so for humans, Indeed we are humans and not gods
