Best way to get to the airport?

I need to get from highland park, NJ to the newark airport (EWR) and would have loads of luggage (2 big bags, one small). I was planning to take a cab all the way. what would be the fare for that? is there a better way? I checked the olympic airporter and they're asking 110$... I think thats pricier than a cab.
