Can anyone tell me if London Ontario would be considered a "white collar city" as opposed to Hamilton...?

Which is considered a "blue collar city"...? I'm sick of living in Hamilton-the smog/the people.the crime..I have heard many good things about London Ontario...Are the rumours true?--It is truely depressing living in Hamilton--and I want a Nicer Cleaner Safer city that isnt huge like Toronto.......If you know Anything about this Please do tell........Thanks,,,,,,
