If Satan and hell's angels reunited with God and heavenly angels what would become of us?

Satan believed we don't need to have a personal relationship with God & can reach enlightenment by becoming God himself. He thought that we can all become God and don't need to worship him. We all have unstoppable power to gain knowledge and power. However, that is "sin" and it separates you from having a relationship with God. We can reach enlightenment & salvation.
